Buying a home or your dream property is probably the biggest single purchase of a lifetime. You work for it, plan for it and dream about it for years. There are several factors to consider, and many decisions to make. As a real estate agent and broker, I am a professional who can explain your options and help you analyze and evaluate your choices.

I started my Real Estate career as an agent in the Chico area in 1976. A year later I was promoted to Relocation Director for the company, and four years after that, to Financial Director for a real estate Corporation in the same area. While I enjoyed the challenges of these new positions I continued with my first love – a real estate agent, helping my clients achieve their dreams.

In 1986 my family and I moved back to Yreka, where I am a 4th generation resident. We came back to Yreka primarily because we wanted our children to grow up in a peaceful, small town atmosphere. It has proved to be an excellent choice!

Initially I worked as a loan officer for Gibraltar Saving, then two years later returned to sales, and obtained my brokers license. In 1991 I opened Heritage Properties and bought out the existing Re/max office in 2000, combining the two offices.

I have always believed that my clients come first and my job is to negotiate the best deal possible, to look at each transaction from every angle to see if it still makes sense. I put all my years in the business, as well as my deep knowledge of this area to work for my clients. My primary fields of expertise are Residential and Commercial.
